How SadiGroup handles vendor and SadiHub information

Purpose

SadiGroup uses information submitted through this portal to evaluate potential suppliers, conduct due diligence, match capabilities to projects, manage vendor accounts, team access, project applications, assignments, delivery updates, and relevant business communications.

Information collected

The portal may collect account email and display name, organization and contact details, geographic and language coverage, service capabilities, capacity, commercial expectations, work evidence, references, data-security practices, imported team directory information, project applications, authentication security events, and delivery updates. Only import team members you are authorized to represent. Do not submit passwords in project or profile fields, unnecessary identity documents, confidential client material, bank details, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

Use and access

Access is limited to people supporting SadiGroup sourcing, operations, compliance, and project delivery. Information may be reviewed to validate claims and assess a supplier against project requirements. SadiGroup does not sell vendor application data.

Retention and updates

Supplier records may be retained while a potential or active business relationship is relevant, and longer where required for legitimate business, contractual, or legal purposes. You may ask your SadiGroup contact to correct or remove information, subject to applicable obligations.

International operations

Because SadiGroup evaluates vendors for international projects, authorized review and processing may occur across countries. Appropriate safeguards should be agreed before sensitive project data is exchanged.

Account security

SadiHub users create individual credentials and should keep access private, use a unique password, and promptly notify SadiGroup if a team member should no longer have access. Passwords are protected with salted, computationally expensive one-way hashing and are not available to administrators. SadiHub stores revocable session and one-time reset token hashes, login timestamps, and limited security metadata used to prevent abuse and investigate account access. Public project listings exclude internal margins, confidential client information, and operational notes.
